These terms apply when you use the InsomniAid website, take the free sleep assessment or are connected with a sleep therapist through us. By using the site you agree to them.

InsomniAid provides information about insomnia and cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), a free assessment, and an introduction to a qualified sleep therapist where that is appropriate.

We are not a medical provider, a diagnosis service or an emergency service. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and taking the assessment does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

The assessment is free and carries no obligation to continue. It is based on the information you choose to give. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace assessment by a qualified professional.

Please answer honestly and tell us about anything important, including medication, other health conditions, and any risk to your safety.

Where we introduce you to a sleep therapist, that therapist works to their own professional standards and their own appointment, cancellation and payment terms. Those terms are explained to you before you commit to anything. InsomniAid is not responsible for the outcome of treatment provided independently by a therapist.

You agree to use the site lawfully, to provide accurate information where you choose to provide it, and not to interfere with it, attempt to access it without permission, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

How we handle personal information, including assessment responses and advertising measurement, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Sleep treatment outcomes differ between people. We do not promise any particular result, and we do not present the site as a substitute for care your doctor may recommend.

To the extent permitted by law, InsomniAid is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
